Warranties All products sold by Wicked Bastard Cycles carry manufacturers warranty. Wicked Bastard Cycles makes no other warranty as to products distributed by us, expressed, or implied, including without limitation any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Wicked Bastard Cycles will, however, pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer, who has sole responsibility for performing such warranties. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, manufacture, and testing of its products, and Wicked Bastard Cycles accepts no liability for such damages. In the event that any damage to a person or property arises from the method of installation of the product, the installing party may be liable for such damages.   Wicked Bastard Cycles shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from modifications to any motorcycle, motor vehicle or non-motorized item as a result of installation or use of the products sold and/or distributed to our customers.

Customer Responsibility and Common Sense COMMON SENSE WARNING for those of you who are customizing your motorcycles. THINK before you modify and ride. Any fabrication, modification or change to the engine, drive train or basic structural integrity of your motorcycle should always be considered as a highly dangerous activity. Most customization products will not have an impact other than aesthetic, however some covers, electrical parts and controls must be properly selected and installed. When all else fails take your bike to a qualified mechanic or shop for installation. Wicked Bastard Cycles shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from modifications to any motorcycle, motor vehicle or non-motorized item as a result of installation or use of the products sold and/or distributed to our customers.

Payment Policy Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Wicked Bastard Cycles, Payment In Full in US DOLLARS is expected at the time of purchase for all items sold on this web site. Payment Methods accepted are clearly stated in the Product Catalog section of this web site. Unless previously agreed to by Wicked Bastard Cycles, Shipment of Products will not occur prior to Payment In Full for the purchase.

Insurance Some products sold by Wicked Bastard Cycles may be shipped under "insurance coverage" however this is not available for all items. Weight restriction, as well as destination (international), or drop-shipped items may not be eligible for insurance coverage. In the event that an item that is INELIGIBLE for insurance coverage under business policy established by Wicked Bastard Cycles incorrectly states that coverage is available, the customer will be notified and the insurance fee will be refunded in full. There will be NO LIABILITY on the part of Wicked Bastard Cycles for any damage that occurs to any item once it has been transferred to a shipping facility or service with the intent of being delivered to the customer.

Returns Unless specifically noted in the item description, or in the event of product defect, or in the event of specific error on the part of Wicked Bastard Cycles, all sales are considered final. New items determined to be defective may be returned only with a previously assigned RETURN CODE from Wicked Bastard Cycles. New items that have been installed are not eligible for Return or Refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Upon receipt and inspection, Wicked Bastard Cycles will refund payment minus a 15% restocking fee at their discretion. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase to be considered eligible. Special Order items for Big Dog Motorcycles will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, all other Return conditions remain the same. All "used inventory / resale inventory" is sold AS IS and is non-refundable / returnable unless specifically agreed to in writing by Wicked Bastard Cycles. Special Orders and Custom Fabrication Orders may not be eligible for Return or Refund

Shipping Policy Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Wicked Bastard Cycles, Shipment of Products will not occur prior to Payment In Full for the purchase. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, most products will ship via US Mail (First Class) or UPS Ground within 3 Business Days of purchase. Some specialty items may require up to 10 Business Days from the date of purchase prior to shipping to allow for production time. Additional fees may apply to product shipments to Hawaii or Canada. Wicked Bastard Cycles does not currently ship outside of North America without special arrangements and fees. Priority Shipping options are available on some products as specified in the product descriptions. Priority Shipping arrangements must be agreed to by Wicked Bastard Cycles prior to purchase and the Buyer assumes all associated cost.

One of the reasons we formed this business was due to the fact that we were getting sick and tired of being treated like a little guy by the dealerships and retail sources whenever we had a problem. If you need help and you're not satisfied with the service you receive, you can ask for the owner ( Nelson ) at any time to discuss your situation. HIS nickname is "The Evil Bastard" .... but we think that's only for his employees!.

International Orders and Shipping Policy Currently Wicked Bastard Cycles will ship to North America, United Kingdom, Eastern Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand only. All payment is required to be in US Dollars. International orders will require payment via PayPal (www.PayPal.com). Additional delays may occur with the use of Credit Cards while Identity Verification is performed. Unless otherwise agreed to by Wicked Bastard Cycles, all International Orders will be shipped via the US POSTAL SERVICE. Insurance and Tracking Numbers will not be available for International Orders at this time. (Federal Express International is an available option for those seeking faster service WITH tracking information)

Email Lists and Requests for Special Parts Wicked Bastard Cycles will occaisionally email out promotional materials to our customer base, however we will immediately remove any customer who wishes to opt out at their request.
